Business Improvement District

The Downtown San Diego Partnership is proud to manage the Downtown Business Improvement District (BID).

Our goal is to provide the Downtown business area with the resources to develop marketing campaigns, increase awareness and lobbying efforts, secure additional funding, and enhance public improvement and beautification projects in partnership with the city.  We work closely with elected officials and city staff to voice collective concerns, monitor business regulations, and obtain funding and support for business development projects.

You are a member of the Downtown BID if you have a business license and are located Ash to E & 1st to 10th (with the exception of 4th and 5th from Broadway to E)
